1.   Mount your
SpineMate tm Back-Roller
on either a door frame or a
wall.  Note that doors can
open and close normally.

2.   The bracket may be
mounted using removable
3M Command adhesives.
This allows temporary
placement or simply a way
to mount which creates no
holes in the surface.
Simple screws may also
be used to hold the
bracket as shown.
3.   The Back-Roller frame
fits over the pin.  The
diagonal slots allow users of
different sizes to adjust the
SpineMate tm Back-Roller to
their desired height.
The frame lifts off easily and
customizes in a jiffy.
4.   Adjust Back-Roller
frame so the top roller is
about at shoulder height to
start.  You may change
positions as you find other
ways to use your
self-massage tool.
5.  Lean back and enjoy !
Bend knees slightly to roll
your back along the
rollers.  Find those spots
to massage.  Increase
blood flow.  Invigorate and
energize your spine.    
7.  If you are have your
Back-Roller in a doorway,
you may choose to apply
additional pressure to
selected parts of your
body.  Keep enjoying ☺

9.  If you wish to remove the Back-Roller bracket, the 3M Command
adhesive strips come off cleanly with no damage to walls and leaving no
residue behind.  Follow the included 3M instructions carefully, pulling
slowly and straight in the direction they are pointed.
